Which food do you wish you didnt like?

Um things I shouldn't eat anymore- I used to go to Pizzeria Uno every once in a while for lunch with co workers and get the personal pie with a salad ...Then after I decided to lose some weight I checked the calories and woah it was like 1500 calories for just the pizza- I just can't do it now the guilt....Ice cream love it just switched to slow churn - still love cheese and eat the 2 % version if available - I love bread just not as much any more- Creamy sauces for past a don't eat those anymore- Hotdogs oh very rarely- Fries try to stay away from those- my fav's in Chinese food no good no good- No more Pina coladas or such when out for a meal- regualar Pepsi Thats probably what I miss the most.

I wish I hated cookies. They're a fucking stupid food, all sugar and fat! And I can't just have them in moderation.......

I get what yours saying love..

listen darling, if that is the case with you, you may put the cookies away from you, cover them or not buy them entirely.

I found out when I wanted to lose weight that the amount of cookies I ate before (usualy 2 cookies = 160) shot up to 800 cals. Yup. 800. Thats like a half and a bit more of what I eat now.

Kashi has just put out a new cookie -they have a couplle of different flavors but my favorite is the trail mix variety -not super sweet so you don't get that sugar rush for more... and they have fiber in them so they're really satisfying and substantial so one really is enough... and not bad calorie wise -i think they're only 140 calories per cookie...

Nice! I have trail mix right now, it's a great cookie substitute :) Still at 120-160 calories per 1/4 cup.....STILL it is healthy and satisfying, no sugar rush....

I wish I didn't like white bread

I wish I didn't like gummy bears

I wish I didn't like noodles

I wish I didn't like bacon

Bread and peanutbutter. Actually right now I'm forcing myself to not get up and put half a jar on a bread and just eat it! I also used to eat just plain chooser with tons of peanutbutter slathered on top! Mmmm, no Libby! You had enugh today! Wait til dinner and you can have spagitii.

It used to be chocolate but now I'm better at resisting it. Unfortunately I now crave really creamy curries, the ones that are the most full of calories. I can't be around biscuits either!

I wish i didnt like maccas cheese burgers.... god damn they are good. Lucky for me though i can eat chocolate without getting a headache due to genetics, so i just dont eat it. Whenever i tell people though they dont believe me untill i turn around and say 'no seriously - it will make me very very sick"

So cute though, for my birthday one year my best friend got a chocolate cake and a pack of panadol...

Ice cream, chocolate, and macaroni and cheese. Those are probably the worst things. I am definitely a dessert freak, especially anything chocolate. My savior is Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches. They have many flavors and they all seems to be 2-3 WW points. My fav is chocolate peanut butter...yummm. In fact, I think I'll have one right now. :D

Would be a touch and go battle between ice cream and bread. Neither of which I allow myself to eat anymore and it never gets easier!!

probably.. french fries, I know they are painfully bad for me.
but anything high in sugar seemed to make me happy, urgh. I am switching to fruits instead of my usual desserts of cookies and chocolates, and that is probably the hardest thing for me. I can let go the chips and the fried stuff, but the cookies, ice cream and such... hard. but worth it

Not so much food as drinks. I love all kinds of drinks. Juice, soda, milk.
I like water don't get me wrong. But If I was left alone with a jug of juice I could drink the whole thing in a day. It really adds up. D:

chocolate, bacon, and my University's Pub's fries. Anywhere else, I can resist, but not there for some reason lol... So I don't go too often :p

potato chips. Seriously. I gave up soda without missing it for a minute, i let go of everything -but when theres a bag of chips in the house I absolutely cannot live until i have some..or a lot.
