Whey Protein Stuff

I was looking at it today cuz ya know people have told me to put it in my oatmeal in the morning, anyways my mom told me it would make me gain weight??????
 
yeah, gain muscle weight, but muscle burns fat, and a bunch of kinds of protein powders, ones for gaining weight that are high cards, ones for gaining muscle that are high in protein, and a bunch others, you want the high protein kind.

there are also after workout kinds and before workout kinds, for the morning in your oatmeal want the before workout stuff, and if you have one after a workout, get the after workout kind for that.
 
you only gain weight if you take in more calories than you burn off. so just taking this wont result in weight gain unless it goes over so many calories. ;)
 
so even though i ate fries today or whatever yesterday i mean and i didnt go over my calorie limit the fries didnt hurt me??
 
well the calorie limit is only the first phase because fries are greasy! all that fat just swims towards your veins. But don't sweat it, as long as grease is not an everyday part of your diet then fries were absolutely fine for you. Especially since you managed to keep that to not go past your total calorie diet, which is hard to do considering McD's fries all have around 600-1200 calories! (except the kiddie fries)
