Whey Protein Isolate

Hi there,

I've just started taking WPI yesterday after a heavy workout and one thing i noticed is that i didnt have any sore muscles when i woke up this morning. And I wasnt feeling hungry at all after drinking it. Generally I crave for food after a heavy workout. Im guessing this are all a positive thing. My question is though....Is it recommended to go back to training the next day after drinking whey the night before? I read that wpi gets through the muscles within 30-40 minutes thereafter. Or do I have to wait atleast a day and rest then go back to heavy training? Thanks
