I'm making some pretty awesome progress on my own through calorie counting, engaging in lots of physical activity, and drinking loads of water. But, I'm really curious about various things like my true BMR, my current body composotion, my true frame size, etc. People always tell me they can't believe I weigh what I weigh and I've always been sort of naturally strong. So, even though I'm fat, I wonder just how fat I really am. Do I need to see a bariatric doctor? Or is there some other sort of specialist I need to see?
