So I was wonder what factors, factor in when you fluctuate with your weight.
For example:
I weight myself on sunday, still 190.5 and I said to myself "WHAT THE HELL AM I DOING WRONG?" Ive been eating good and exercising drinking lots of water, blah blah blah! and not losing and more weight!!! And then today I went to weigh myself it was 193!!! I was SO pissed! It really put me down! Im doing all this hard work and it doesnt seem to be paying off! Why the hell did i gain weight in 3 days!! I was being very good!!!!! How do I not let myself down! I feel like giving up sometimes! And if im just destined to be the "fat girl"
