When you aren't weightlifting... /not conscious of your diet...

where does most of the fats you eat seem to accumulate at?

For me it's definitely my legs, so no love handles for me :)
 
I get fat on my torso. Usually around the love handle area and lower back. The rest of my body stays cut, which looks really awkward.
 
My stomach.

When I've been dieting as well I look very strange - the rest of me is pretty defined, then I have a gut.

It just doesnt seem to shift.

fat tends to accumulate on my love handles, lower back, and chest. but i dont gain big amounts of fat since im still a teen. thats just where most goes.
 
My belly. And my thighs; thats where I get most fat from. It seems like after I'm done squats I see my quads better though....
 
I've never really gotten love handles... but i do have the lovely beer gut with matching man-boobs if anyone is interested in taking them off my hands...

Damn if that isn't the truth for me as well honey. Other than that its my arms and stomach/hips. But the face is so quick for me.

Consider yourseleves lucky! My face is the last place to show weight, I always have this thin, think face. I blame my Italian father for that LOL.

My weight goes right to my thighs and my tummy!! ARGH! Typical!

me too. also lower back. my legs get leaner when I don't work out-thats the only plus
 
I tend to get it around my stomach which I can't seem to get rid of. I've never really had love handles, oh and my butt.

Anyone have any advice on how to shift the extra on the stomach because I'm quite slim naturally so I look kind of unbalanced. =)
 
When i'm gaining the fat goes to my abs and pecs. It kinda works out for me though because the exposed parts of my body stay relatively cut which is good in winter when you don't have too many shirtless days.
 
Pretty much upper body for me, specifically stomach, chest, face...my legs have never been chubby. Hell, before starting lifting, I had many, many people tell me I had chicken legs! :D
 
i get the beer belly. it gathers on the stomach, its doesnt get very flobby either, it seems like its mostly internal fat, which is a bad thing :(
