I am 5'8 and 185 pounds at age 28. This is 10 pounds heavier than the heaviest I have ever been
I started a really stressful job one year ago. I finally became tired of the weight I had become and started working out 3-4 days a week for about a month and a half now. I have limited my calories to 1800 calories a day, and about a week ago I quit drinking the diet pop that I loved and went to drinking 1/2 to a whole gallon of water a day. Still at 185 pounds, with no lose!!!!! I was drinking the same amount of water and about 2-3 diet pops a day. I have never had this much trouble losing weight once I put my mind to it. This time it is impossible...I am so frustrated! It is like my metabolism needs a big kick in the behind! I never thought I would be almost 30 and still be worrying about my weight all the time!
Any advice???
