Hey im gonna be 14 in March. Im well built from swimming and sorts but i want to know when i should do weight training im at 150 lbs and under 3% body fat?

yeah my doctor took it because i am a swimmer and have to stay as light as possible.(im REALLLLYYYY into the sport.) he took it because i looked a little thinerr and he said i should eat some more get up to 5% at least.
