When is the best time to weigh yourself?

Hi guys,

I have been going to the gym for the past 4 weeks, 3 times a week.
I weigh myself sometimes in the morning and sometimes at night.

I am puzzled that my weight is inconsistent. In the morning i will weigh 63kg and at night it will be 67kg. Is there something wrong?

Which is the most accurate measurement and which one should i use as a benchmark? Any help would be appreciated.

I agree, first thing in the morning, after the bathroom - totally naked ;)

If you have to rely on the scale - make sure you weigh yourself approximately the same time of day under the same circumstance (ie: remember that what you eat the day before -- and if you're a woman, time of month will have an effect on the number).
