Hey everybody. i'm 27/F & tha reason i joined this is hopin maybe it'll gimmee tha motivation i need 2 get bac on trac wit my diet & exercise. i'm 5'8" & just got on the scale & realized i'm up to 138 which is tha most i've ever weighed!!!!

I'm still in pretty good shape. I lift weights & do a buncha crunches everyday. I do okay wit my eating at mealz, but i know wat my problem is. Itz between mealz i start munchin on stuff---eatin cereal strait out tha box, eatin ice cream out tha carton, peanutbutter out tha jar, chipz out tha bag... know what i mean? thatz wher i add up all theze calories.

When i make up my mind 2 do sumthin, i know i can. I waz really annorexic in highschool & got down 2 bout 80 lbs. i ain't tryin 2 do that crazy shit again tho. I wanna be strong & have muscle. i just aint happy with the scale sayin 138. My goal is to get bacc to at least 130 or 125. 120 would be even better. But one thang at a time. Anyway, i don't wanna look WEAK & FRAIL. haha.

Anyway, my diet plan is 2 drink protein shakes for lunch. And have a couple scrambled eggz 4 dinner. And an apple or banana or sumthin. And if i gotta munch between meals---carrots & celery & other low cal veg. Breakfast is always just 3 cups of coffee w/creamer. oh & drink lotz of water. if i stic with it it should work? don't ya'll think?

anyway, i'm hopin havin some other ppl on here 2 talk 2 will keep me motivated since lately i keep findin reasonz 2 cheat & take "dayz off" from dieting. haha.
