So I am over 200lbs and I was wondering what are your binge foods, foods that you always eat, or eat a lot of? I love Salad ,especially with cheese(feta or goats cheese) I have lot over 60lbs by binging on salad. I know cheese is very high in protein but I need a bit to loose weight and speed up my metabolism. :D

@yellowducky

based on your other posts you are attempting a very unhealthy ultra low calorie diet. the very small amount of protein in feta cheese will NOT speed up your metabolism and is in no way adequate to prevent the large amounts of muscle loss you will have on such a diet. The loss of muscle will have a huge impact on your metabolism in the long term. While high in fat the feta alone will also not meet your required fat intake unless you are eating at least 200 grams of feta, not enough fat will lead to hormonal problems.

Trying to survive on salad and fetta is also leading you to make other poor food choices. for example the baked beans on toast, unless the beans were cooked from scratch contains an unhealthy level of sugar.

You need to re evaluate what a healthy diet actually is.

I can’t resist cheese. I’ve stopped buying it now. If I have cheese in the fridge I’ll snack on it every day which will throw my diet into complete imbalance.

To truslyver’s point above (I don’t know the posts referred to) feta (and baked beans) is also VERY high in sodium. Salads like everything should be eaten in moderation.

If the point above is true (dangerously low caloric intake) I’d strongly advise you to see a nutritionist for advice.

If I enjoy eating feta cheese I know its high in saturated fat, I will have it.. I am waiting till after Easter to get off the cheese.I don't eat Takeaways any more because I don't enjoy it. It makes me want to vomit :( so Like I said Im very aware that the salad must have some sort of fat coz I don't eat enough I make up for it by treating myself to soup or feta :p
