What's your biggest weight loss challenge?

Well I am back again! With all new weight loss challenges! Now it is eating at 3 am because I don't get home from work until 11-11:30 pm. And then I cook dinner. Granted its mostly vegetables and chicken, sometimes with rice, and I cook with water now stead of butter and stuff, but I still think that it is killing any weight loss I would have gotten out of eating healthier.
 
I am pretty good with the eating part. The only issue I have there is if I DO eat something bad once I find it very difficult to get back on track.
My biggest issue is exercise. I am a VERY lazy person. I also work full time then spend 2.5-3 hours at the barn riding horses 4-6 days a week. And though I certainly sweat and it is good work it's not the same as running or lifting weights.

and since I am working long hours.. Its hard to find time to exercise.. I just started exercising again .I hope to be regular to the gym and be fit this 2010

I have just noticed you back posting... Welcome back to the forum. I havent seen you in ages.:hug2:
 
I lost 53 pounds last year and have a goal of 62 more this year...! YAY

I've been following the Svelte Gourmet and her cook book rocks for diet food =) I'm sort of a gourmet wanabe so this has made it easy for me. I just follw her blog and cook from her cookbook and blam! the weight falls off =)

Being consistent. Eating well isn't the issue... I've transformed the way I eat over the past year or so and hardly ever dip into fatty foods. If I must get food on the go, I hit a Subway. My problem is, well used to be- making sure I exercise daily. Since I got my WiiFit and Wii workout games, I've worked out every day. And it's working for me.
 
mine is yum cha or hangi!!! and my family.. every time i go visit my parentes are the type to cook up a huge feast and every weekend in the morning my dad makes his famous fried briekfest * drooling*
and also exercising... i am extremely too shy to go out doors and do it.. so i have recently started ddr
