Whats working for you?

For you busy, can't get a free moment type of people like myself, what is working for you? I tried the salads and lean protein diet, with trying a low impact work out (light 1 mile Jog push ups and sit ups). It never really worked, I did it for 3 months got upto a 3 mile jog and only lost 9lbs.
 
I found that setting activity goals and having wait loss not as my main focus worked well for me. I like training for events. Following the program and having a goal to reach really motivates me.
 
I have lost 30lbs in two years with 17 more to go to hit a goal weight of 200lbs.
I do a few things everyday besides eating clean 90 percent of the time.
1. Water - in particular in the morning.
2. Cardio - HIIT does not work for me, it's steady and consistent, 45 minutes per day, everyday.
3. BIUM-D - I take 2 before working out on an empty stomach and 1 in the afternoon.
4. Last meal - 7:00pm, I do not eat after that

It's a process and you have to do what works for YOU.
