Well, im 24, im 6'5, currently 231, at my heaviest in 2007 i was well over 385, in late 2007 i cracked 4 discs in my back witch required a 6 inch steel rod to be implanted in my spine for support and dislocating my knee cap in a work related injury witch kept me immobile for over 2 years, after years of physical rehab, with a good diet and some strength training ive lost over 150 pounds without surgery, and without support of my friends and my family. I lost the weight for myself and not them. thats just the way i see it..
Im just here looking for tips and possibly some new exercises that wont further injure my spine or my knee, i currently walk with a huge metal knee support brace, i have trouble with doing cardio because of severe knee pains, i mostly do weight lifting and push ups and some stretching..
Any tips on anything would be greatly appreciated, i also have alot, and i do mean ALOT of loose skin around my stomach and i cant afford any surgery for it, so i would also like tips on loose skin..
