What I have:
- A treadmill
- One of those large exercise balls which I never use
- Music [iPod stereo]
- Wii [with Wii Sports only, no Wii Fit]
What I cannot have:
- Workout videos (I don't have my own TV, and I live in a house with a lot of people; I'd be embarrassed to be doing workout videos at home
)
- Any workout stuff I'd have to pay for (my parents aren't willing, after the treadmill).
- A gym pass. It takes up a lot of time...my mom is actually telling me to quit weight loss for now, since it's making me stressed out (okay, she's right, but only sometimes), and she won't be happy with spending money AND my time on going to the gym everyday.
My Circumstances:
- I can only work out at night.
- I can't go outside (because it's night and it can be pretty dangerous, according to my parents).
- I can put in about 40-50 minutes every night.
- I do this type of Asian sword thing, but I can't practice at home because there isn't big enough space.
I've read the sticky on the HIIT, and I'm very interested but am not sure how I can do that on the treadmill. What do you think should be my ideal workout plan? Right now all I'm doing is 30 minutes on the treadmill (mostly running and jogging, maybe five minutes (max) of fast-paced walking).
Any help would be appreciated!!
