Whats My Problem

If you have been following the same diet for a long period of time you will start seeing a lack of results because your intake for maintenance has changed. What you ate at first might have been enough for you to lose weight but now that you have lost some weight your intake for maintenance has changed and must be once more, lowered, in order to get fat tissue loss once again.

Simply lower your caloric intake a tad more and changing your workout routines wouldn't hurt either, you should change your workouts every 4-6 weeks, IMO, to maximize muscle development. Keep the same intensity and rest periods.

Dumbbells are great, I can handle that. Anything specific you would recommend? I am really intrigued with your comment about being able to get a good routine in place that would be 20 minutes.
