much love man...my goals right now is to get a good cardio and weightliftin workout and gud nutrition...i gained a whole lot of weight eating rice and my body for my age is pathetic......

I have good news and bad news....., well sort of, ;), its not the rice that put on the weight: That's the good news. :)

The bad news, is that I put high odds that your energy intake (calorie consumption) exceeded your body's energy expenditure: Basically you ate more calories than your body needed, and put on some weight as a result.

This can be fixed. And, one I am willing to work with you on to figure out.

And, if you like rice, you can have this too (with what know about you currently, that is). But we must add in good protein, fat, and veggie sources in your diet as well.

What do you have to train with?
Access to a gym?

And, no matter what you look like, you are not pathetic. Do not post something like that...again....or I pummel you with Rock-On's until your eyeballs pop out, and bap-ya-up-side the cheek bones causing major bruising causing you to believe. :)

haha aiight...but i dont have access to an actual gym but i do have weights available too me.glad u wanna work with me....im fully prepared to give an 110 percent effort...just guide me through some gud dieting,cardio,and weightlifting....but yea i wanna get rippppeddd...and as for the weights....i have a pretty complete set for every part of the body

  3. What is your Weight?
  4. How overweight do you think you are?
  5. Care to share a pic?
  6. Any Health/medical conditions?

I can't just throw any generic program out there, unless I know what you have to train with. How much weight do you have? Do you have a LB? DB'S?
A Bench? Etc, etc. Give more detail here.

i am overweight..
no health issues....
yea i have a bench...all types of weights...imfroma smallcountry town and oursport is football....and our town is small where everyoneknows everyone and there are weightrooms everywhere...so yea..did i miss anything
