I've been sick for the past couple of days and haven't eaten anything for practically 2 days. :puke: pretty much.

anyway.. I kinda splurged for lunch and went to panda express. I had a panda bowl with steamed veggies and orange chicken. yum yum!

what did you guys have or what will you have for lunch?

I"m having an Eating Right cup of soup, spicy thai noodle soup and half of a jalapeno cheese bagel. Didn't eat breakfast this morning and I am very hungry.

I haven't eaten anything yet today. Well, that's not entirely true. See, I scratched the inside of my ear shortly after I woke up and I got some ear wax on the tip of my finger. And, I don't think I wiped it all of because when I wiped the corner of my lip a few minutes ago, I think I got a little bit of it in my mouth. Does that count?

I made a scrambled egg goolash, with chopped Turnip & Yam, as well as Parmasean cheese & Corn Niblets, I also cooked this for my dad today as well. Than a side of Brown Beans, and a Yogurt. Mmmm ;)

Woo Hoo, I was excited to share this, although rather bland, my lunch and breakfast's are my biggest meals of the day..

Had a huge salad. I hit up the local salad bar. Yes, it's pricey as can be but it always tastes better than a home made salad.

Romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, cukes, onions, peppers, shredded zuchinni, 1 boiled egg, 1/2 cup chic peas, 3 olives, hot peppers and mushrooms. Apple for dessert.

NOM NOM.

you know goolash or gúlyas (in hungarian) is actually a stew which is closer to a soup then what we think of it over here on our side of the planet. Odd little tidbit there.. And its made from pork or lamb, potatos, carrots, celery, paprika, salt n peppa, and a couple of other choice veggies. I know too much about the hungarian culture to not be hungarian.

]Yea a stew..I just call it that *goolash* cuz of all the stuff thrown in together at once. I wonder if it's called that because of all the stuff thrown in there? lol :p

I make my own salads at home, most of them salads, and most of them are VERY tasty!! OW OW!!!

Thanks for the tip! ;)

Also my supper's: although I've been making waaay tastier salad's than these down below lately.

Although my Lunches and Supper's are pretty much the same...

ya I think they do refer to it as goolash just because its a bunch of stuff through together, because real gúlyás just kinda looks like its thrown together too i suppose. Hungarians live by their gúlyás though...

Have you ever had traditional goolash? My mom used to make "mexican goolash" which isn't goolash at all.. I was very disappointed to find this out later in life. She'd throw corn, hamburger meat, macaroni, and some beans into a pan... It tasted good reguardless of the name lol
