Whats an ideal workout plan?

The way i have been doin things is the first day i do Chest, Tri, Abs and then 2nd day i do Bis, Back, shoulder, and legs then i repeat and take a day off... is that to much?
 
i use a 5-day split, workout 5 days a week doing...
mon: legs
tue: shoulder/abs
wed: bi-forearms
thur: back
fri: back/tri

The trick is hitting the big muscles on one day and just hitting them hard
 
how long do u usually work out for in a session?
 
you'll want to keep it under an hour, at which point your body will see a drop in T levels and a rise in cortisol.
 
Thats a good split but if you're going to be doing deadlifts I would suggest putting your legs and back day further apart, because your back will get worked doing deadlifts on legs day
I personally use this split

Monday - Full Body Light Workout
Tuesday - Off
Wednesday - Back, Traps
Thursday - Chest, Forearms
Friday - Legs, Shoulders
Saturday - Biceps, Triceps, Abs
Sunday - Off

Try out a few splits and see what works for you
 
All i eat is rice cakes and lift a 15 lb wieght 100 times or till it starts to burn which usually happens around 300 reps. I'm HUGE! Feel the burn!
