What would you be interested in reading about??

Hi lovely people,

Can I ask a few questions....:eek:

If you were to be reading an online magazine and there were articles about Health and Fitness - what would you want to be reading about?

What is important to guys and gals the world over. :confused:

An more importantly - if anyone is keen on writing something for my site - please let me know. You won't get paid as this is a private venture but I will allow you all the space to put up a banner and advertise your own service/website/blog whatever...

The mag is targeted towards women, but you can imagine boys/men will look at it too...

Any ideas, advice or offers accepted! :cool:
 
My thoughts

Well my guess would be, motivation and diet. They seem to be two of the things people struggle with. So I believe articles on those subjects would attract readers. JMO
 
oh right - you mean how to stay motivated? I just want to be careful I am not communicating unrealistic messages to people.

Yes, how to stay motivated and how to get motivated to start a healthy life stlye.

Goal Setting

As a newbie to weight training, but not fitness in general, I would like info on how to set goals when you don't know what is a reasonable amount to achieve.
