Hi.
I have been doing some workout dvd's at home, i have jillian michaels "banish fat, boost metabolism" and "30 day shred". I got these because i had read good reviews about the 30 day shred and i decided to get both. I do the BFBM more often, like 2 days and the next day the 30DS. Sometimes i even do both at the same day
Also i have a game in my computer with exercises that i do mostly at night, but they are not as hard as the ones on the dvd's.
Anyway, although the dvd's do make me sweat and get my HR up, i would like to add some more variety to my workouts, so i want to ask you what cardio workout dvd's would you recommend? Have you had good results with workout dvd's?
