Hey, not quite sure where to post this; figured this was the most appropriate section.
A little bit of background on me, i'm a 14 year old (turning 15 in April) boy and have recently got a membership to a gym a fair few of my friends go to.
I've been to the gym once and have worked on my arms, with the help of my friends who have been teaching me how to do stuff etc.
My question is, i've got a bit of fat on my chest region, like, i'm not fat but i still have fat on my chest, stomach. I've read that to get a 6 pac, you need to lose all the fat and then start working on getting them to show. However i'm wondering what will happen if i start working on my chest/abs without losing the fat first. Will it turn into muscle and look the same but with muscle? Pretty much what i want to know is what will happen if I start working on my chest/abs without getting rid of the fat first?
