What weight loss product will suit me the best?

I am 20 years old. 5'1 and 122 lbs. I have recently gained this weight. I used to be around 105lbs. I am planning to go on a juice diet as well as an exercise plan put to speed up this process I want to substitute a eight loss product or a fat burner...hydroxy cut... I want to get back to my old weight this month. Please tell me what will be the best product for my plan.

You realize that basically every fat burner and weight loss product can have severe implications for your liver, kidney, or heart health, right?

You probably won't get a lot of support on this board regarding commecial "weight loss" products (those are in quotes because most don't work). The one thing that will be supported is finding a quality protein powder. To get to your goals you're going to have to do it the old fashioned way-exercise and clean diet. Especially if you want to keep the weight off this is the only way. Juicing is great as part of a clean daily diet but is another fad. It will provide temporary results that will lead to disappointment when you start eating normally again. What you eat is more important than how much you exercise but both are critical for your goals. Create a diet journal. Write down all you eat. Be sure to get plenty of water...and then after that drink more. Finding a site like myfitnespal is helpful to track your calories to be sure you're eating enough, but not too much. Find an exercise program that combines resistance training and cardio. Good luck with your goals!

Please stop now although the appeal of losing weight quickly is hard to resist. But do weight-loss pills and products lighten anything but your wallet? And the real question is they a safe option for weight loss?

Fact is a number of weight-loss pills are available at your local drugstore, supermarket or health food store. Even more options are available online. Most haven't been proved effective, and some may be downright dangerous.

Dietary supplements and weight-loss aids aren't subject to the same rigorous standards as are prescription drugs. Thus, they can be sold with limited proof of effectiveness or safety.

It's important to do your homework if you're thinking about trying over-the-counter weight-loss pills. Read labels and talk with your doctor or pharmacist. Also be sure to check the FDA website for alerts about safety concerns and product recalls.

I recommend, if you do not want any long term damage in your body then just avoid those short term ways to lose your weight.
