Hi guys.
One thing I've always struggled with during weight loss efforts is personal willpower, if my gym partner bails on a session, I won't go alone. In fact, I ask what he's doing instead, and then we usually agree to hit the burger shop around the corner.
I've been 15st in the past (5ft 9" dude) and then got down to 11 1/2 stone. Now after moving from active jobs such as engineering and working in a kitchen to an office job, i've hit 14 stone again. I have been going to the gym since April, around 40 minutes of weights per session, 3 or 4 times a week, and I have gained some muscle, but not enough to justify putting on over 2st.
SOO essentially what I'm looking for from this forum is to meet a few people who are interested to hear where im upto, as I'd be interested in hearing their stories too. Having a few people that give a shit that i can speak to from work would be nice.
Any suggestions about how to get the most from this forum?
Cheers,
Deck
