I usually NEVER have time to get a good balanced breakfest. So I stop at starbucks and get a muffin or a donut... I know it's bad, but if I don't eat anything in the morning, I feel so light headed.
What I'm wanting to know is... what can I eat in the mornings, and through out the day that will be healthy for me?
I've tried numerous web sites to kinda guide me, but that has not been a success. When is the right time to eat and what snacks should I eat?
Any advice on working out or healthy foods? It's so hard cause my better half LOVES the bad food, and he does't gain anything!!! As for me, I'm the one who has to suffer! I use to be thinner a year ago... I just don't know why I gained so much weight this year!!
