low calories just going too long for me, in 9 days i barely lost a single kilo (2.2 lbs). i dont have time for all of this, nor patience nor i can take looking at that body any longer. at this rate itll take like a bloody year. so what could be more effective and fast than fasting i thought? ppl report good results but the prob is u can gain all that stupid ass fat back and rly quick!!
1. so what to do? how to eat after??
in case of
5 day fast
10 day
20 day
30 day
2. also in case of water or juice fast?
3. and which is more is more effective and safe for not gaining back after?
my plan is to stick with the fast, then adjustment to food process and then just eat normally without binges and thats all.
4. i need to loose 40 lbs asap, how many days should this take from me? the fast and diet afterwards?
5. and very important do you also loose alot of face fat/volume/plumness??
6. what about collagen, elasticity, subcutaneous fat?
some say this actually supposedly helps with scars n wrinkles n such so it should be opposite but what do u think?? experiences??
