Hello everyone. I am currently new to the site and I would love some information on weight loss. My goal is to lose 100lbs. I know that it will take me a LONG time to reach that goal but I am dedicated to doing it. I have never really been into fitness or dieting, so I really need some information on how to start the process. What are the best roads to take to achieving this goal?
I also dont have a lot of time during my week as far as going and exercising. I could possibly go 3 days a week. Would love some suggestions on what I should focus on those days?
I just bought a Ninja blender to start making smoothies. I also bought a meal plan lunch pack for work. So any suggestions on certain smoothies/lunches for weight loss would be awesome as well.
I look forward to hearing from you guys and I am hoping I can get the help I need to achieving my goal..
