What to do now?

Hey everyone! I am new to this website, but I thought it would be a good idea to try it out. I have recently lost 40 lbs since March (as of July 31), but I still don't look the way I want to. I still have weird pockets of fat under my armpit, a flabby chest and flabby underarms, and I still have fat on my stomach area. I want to be toned and lean, but I fear that during my weight losing stage I lost a lot of muscle, more muscle than fat. So my question is: What should I do now? I can't tell where to go from here; should I strive to lose more fat or is it just flabby, untoned muscle? I am trying to be in top shape for when I go to school in September because my entire life I've always been kind of heavy. I will post pictures for better reference...Thanks to anyone who reads and helps me on this problem!

How did you lost your weight 40Ibs within 4 months? Did you use any supplement or diet pills? If you used any supplement or diet pills within that period of time then it was a mistake.

It would be better if you do not take any diet pills any more. It is always advisable to consult with your doc before taking any supplements. So please stop taking this sort of stuff at this stage of your life.

There are lots of exercises to get rid of fat from armpit, fluffy chest, flabby underarms and stomach fat. So practice those with cautious. It is completely impossible to give all the solution online. Read out other post in this forum.

Don’t forget to add lots of vegetables, fruits and salad in your diet. Don’t fret; it would take certain amount of time make up.
