Ok, so I totally didn't watch what I ate last weekend til Tues. I mean pizza hut, Wendy's twice, 3 pieces of cheescake, ice cream....just to name a few. Over a 5 period time I LOST 3 1/2lbs. I'm being good again and now the weigh is coming on. I've gained back everything I lost and I've ate about 1/2 of what I was eating then. What's going on? I was shopping everyday. Would the walking...and now sitting...have anything to do with it? I'm still nursing. Is it possible I need that many calories? Or is my body and/or scale just having fun with me?

You know, thats happend to me before. Weird I know! Just take the loss and be happy w/it!!

(but dont' trick yourself into thinking you can keep eating that way ;) )

You do know that if your body dont get enough calories or fatthat it will hold on to what it has and try to keep everything it gets and with you nursing you need probably at least 500 or more calories just to beable to do that so tes I think your body has been telling you it needs more that way it will let lose some of them fat cells Just my oppinion

I think you just need to be positive and just think of the goal ahead. Heck we all have those little down falls but just know to get right back on and keep on kicking butt.

Thanks Cherylhop

Sugarfoot- So you mean I can eat fast food everyday? j/k I'm wondering if I really do need over 2000 a day. I had been around 1700 but I was hungry still and gaining.

I am so glad you could even understand what I was trying to say Because I read what i had wrote and I couldnt  Thats what happens when you are getting rushed to hurry up and go. No I dont think fast food would be the best choice but probably more of what is good for you and the baby , I dont think they made fast food good for us yet DARN! But maybe just more of the good stuff to let your body know it dont have to fight to give up some fat, But I have never nursed a baby so I can only give you a guess on what to do, Your body will be the one to tell you if its right or not . But please let me know how its going if you choice to try that .
