So, the beginning of this year I was really over weight, and I decided to do something about. I started going to a gym, and I made some ALRIGHT progress, but not what I was looking for. But I decided to do a workout program called insanity, and I'm almost at the recovery week, and I think I've had some decent progress, give me your input please, What you think I should be working on more, or what I should do. Also, I've been lifting weights after some of the workouts because insanity is mainly a cardio based workout program, Thanks !
