Ok, for the last 3-5 months of my life i have been the most unfit i have ever been.
When im not at college i usualy go to sleep at around 2-3AM, wake up at around 1-2PM everyday. I have no source of exercise AT ALL (unless sitting on a computer chair is exercise), i have no diet plan what-so-ever (i usualy eat whatever kind of junk i see, ignoring all the nutrient values etc) and when im at college im sometimes eating to large packets of sweets per day/mcdonalds1-2 times a week, and drink about 500ml of coke everyday.
Im 16, weigh around 156lb and am around 6"2 and really wanna start getting fit again like i used to be (2 or so years ago)
Im just wondering if any of you can tell me anything at all which will help me get back on track.
