what should i do??!

hey guys :p
im new here, nice to meet you lol
ok so i have a week to lose as much weight as possible. i know its not healthy and i wont be able to sustain it after a week, but its important for me to lose as much as i can for a particular event.
so, firstly, has anyone ever done a hardcore diet like this? what did you do and how much did you lose exactly?
any other recommendations? i was thinking of doing the 7 day diet..
replies appreciated! :D

Hi Strawberry. Sorry, I don't know what the 7-day diet is, but I DO know that drastic reduction of calories will NOT result in fast weight loss, usually. Generally your metabolism shuts down and you just don't lose. If I see anything about the 7-day diet, I'll come back and comment again :)
 
hey there... if its the 7 day smart diet some of the menus go something like this..... BREAKFAST 1 packet instant oatmeal with 1/2 cup 2% milk, 2 tablespoons wheat germ; 1/2 cantaloupe; coffee or tea


LUNCH 1 can white tuna in water, rinsed and drained; 1 cup lettuce, 2 artichoke hearts, 1/2 cup tomatoes, 1 teaspoon capers, 1/2 cup cucumber, 1/2 red bell pepper, 2 tablespoons low-cal dressing; 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese


DINNER 4 ounces grilled chicken; 1 cup mixed greens, 2 artichoke hearts, 2 tablespoons low-cal dressing; 1 small baked potato, 1 teaspoon margarine; 1 pear

if thats the one your talking about you should/ could/ maybe lose weight fairly fast. It dosent seem to many many daily calories.
