In the past couple years i've attained a computer job and run my own website business which lead to me getting lazy and not staying fit, I pay for all the bills and i'm wondering what should I do to lose weight?
I can't afford any organic food or expensive diet plans and I was thinking should I go on a liquid diet? Some people say it's bad don't do it but after I saw 50cent go through a liquid diet while taking vitamin pills and doing 3 hour walks a day, he lost so much weight by doing so, it made me want to try it also.
I don't have time for exercise and i'm at my desk for hours on end so this would be the easiest way for me to lose weight but i'm looking for opinions and some advice is there any other way I could lose weight without having to spend money on food that only I would eat?
I buy the food that my family wants to eat and I eat whatever gets cooked they are really picky and i'm not since I do not have the money to spare and I doubt everyone would want a sudden change in their daily diet should I just go for it and try the liquid diet maybe I could take those all in one vitamin pills while doing so?
I've never tried to diet at all i've been normal and fit for as long as I could remember until I graduated high school that's when I just didn't have time and packed on tons of weight without noticing it happened so fast I now have stretch marks so could anyone help? I have no experience with this type of stuff.
So to sum it all up I need an opinion on what I should do for a diet since I barely have time to exercise and have a stay at home sit on the chair type of job. I could probably get some exercise in if I tried I guess but i'm looking for info about liquid diets is it safe to try it as long as I take vitamins? Any other diet options that doesn't require me to buy lots of different foods?
