If i'm not loving what i'm doing, i won't do it. That said, if i don't feel like going walking, i say, ...um... I think i don't really articulate much very clearly. I think i just switch my thoughts from let's not do it, to let's do it and then i stop thinking about how i feel, but look ahead to what i am doing. Then i also think "it's only an hour. And i also know i will feel better afterwards so that helps me.
I think its important to keep the goal at the front of your mind. Chef's seems to be able to see his penis. I don't have one of those. I just want to look my best and never feel bad about my body again.
I know everything i have failed at in the past is because i lost sight of my goal and everything i achieved is because i never forgot my goal.
When i was a smoker and i was in a situation where i was tempted. I just said to myself "no i can never have another cigarette again." And pretty soon the feeling would pass.
