What works for me:
Lots of coffee with low cal whitener and sweeteners, takes edge off
Lots of fruit, I discovered Sharon fruit recently, they are sooo sweet and lovely!
Weighing myself every day
Looking at inspirational pictures/stories
Buying myself new clothes as a treat when weight drops
Eating lots of veg
Giving my dogs the chocolate bar/biscuit/crisps ive just opened/nibbled (I know, bad for dogs!)
Staying away from the canteen at work at break and lunch
Drinking lots of soup, 120 cals a can of chunky scotch broth
Eating packs of sliced chicken, 5 slices of chicken only 120 cals too, plus very filling
Drinking lots of low cal hot chocolate for my sweet tooth, lasts longer than a bar of chocolate plus takes sweet craving away
Um..
Being more prepared with food, having something low cal I can eat on hand
Eating lots of prawns/tuna in salad, huge bowl with low cal mayonnaise
