I am from india. Not that fitness isnt a craze here, but its more of a business here, and i need some honest counselling. I walk for about 1.2 miles (this is embarressing, i walk 2 kms but it just adds to 1.2 miles after conversion). What else other than this do i need to impart? I have tried gyms, they dont work for me. I have been a believer of old sweat n blood, here gyms r air conditioned, nyways.
So what else other than this do i need to impart? I am a total newbie, with a lot of fat to burn and 6 months is my targetted timeframe.
can someone help me with a workout plan or guide me from where to procure one? I am 242 pounds (110 kilos) and my target is 165 pounds ( 75 kilos)..
