Weight-Loss What meal would you choose?

Weight-Loss
I usually go for the Whopper Jr. hold the mayo. It's like 300 cals and it's kind of like having a salad too with all the crap they put on it. Although these days hold the tomatoes too.

ah you won't consider the salmonella diet? come on - you'd lose like 20lbs in a few days. ok so you'd probably never leave the bathroom.. but -eh the price we pay to look good :)

My old man was talking about the time he had salmonella. He dropped down to 140. Pretty tempting until you hear the stories of wishing you were dead.

No reason why you still can't have one... make it at home...

I prefer two, hot off my own grill. Laura's Lean patties are 160 cal each, frozen or fresh, and turkey burgers are 160 cal per patty. Last night I made patty melts with LL beef patties, toasted 45 cal per slice 7 grain bread, onion and I split a large slice of 1% swiss cheese between the two. With onions, pickles and mustard the combined cal count for both sandwiches came in at a tasty 585 cal.

I got Burger King, KFC, Wendys, Sbarro, and McDonalds correct. That's because I eat McDonalds and Pizza pockets, so I know the calories a little more roughly for the burger joints.

We don't have a taco bell in my town, and I've never heard of Carl's.

The numbers don't surprise me because I try to plan out what I'm eating before I go. I love fast food.

What did shock me though is when I found out my boyfriend orders a triple whopper at burger king every time he goes (which is generally more than once a week.), and then a little extra on the side. His entire meal was probably between 1500-1800 calories. For that one meal! According to a few sites, a triple whopper has 1250 calories.

I wouldn't choose any of those meals, but I was able to identify the lower-calories ones. I'm usually pretty good about being able to pick the less-bad from a list of bad choices. My personal metric tends to be not calories, though, but calories per gram of protein, and I'm not good at guessing for that.
