What is your TARGET WEIGHT?!

I hope to make it back to 190 or 200...right now i'm 280.....

It's just so hard to give up chocolate..

you dont have to give up chocolate :) if that is your weakness, then budget 100-150 calories for your day to be chocolate. The hersheys kisses are great and its easy to keep track of how many calories you are eating. Be creative, you dont have to abstain from all of your vices :p

Partially right. You could eat 200 calories in empty calories. Or you could chocolate flavored whey protein powder. Makes it easier to gag down and much better than those kisses;)
 
I'm about 217 now...WAY too much for 5'2" even if I do have a huge chest :mad:
My long-term aim is to be a UK 14 (don't dare hope for 12) and around 140lbs. Not sure how realistic it is but....
Trying to focus on it half a stone at a time though!
 
My goal is to get my body fat between 15 - 20% and my waist to at least 38". I was a 36" in college but those days may be gone. Depending on the calculators, that would put my weight somewhere between 180 - 215. Body fat is more important than actual weight to me.
 
My final target is 12.5 Stone/ 175 Lbs, but once I do reach that weight (assuming I do) I may decide to lose more, depending on how fat I still am. According to most charts 175 lbs is about perfect weight for my height (5'11"), so I am hoping that's right.

My next & most current goal is 100-101 KG, and I'm weighing in tomorrow. Last Saturday I was 101.5-102, so I'd be very pleased to see 100 on the scales, but I do feel I haven't exercised and much as I could of this week.

And why the hell shouldn't you hope for a 12? That's a defeatist attitude, and if that's what you think, you really won't get there.

Someone once told me that I'd never get into the jeans I'm wearing right now. They were too skinny, and were about a size 8 or 10, regular fit. Well, now I'm wearing them, and proud of it!

You can get to any point you want, if you are willing to work at it.

My starting weight was 200 lbs, and I'm almost 5'2". My initial goal was for 150, which I thought was skinny. LOL! I gained weight as I hit puberty, so I have no idea what my weight/size should have been to begin with.

I changed the goal to 140, but since hitting 148, I realized that I still have a lot to lose, so I'm going for around 130, and we'll see how that feels. :)
 
My goal weight is 150. That's still a little heavy for my 5 feet, 3 inches, but if I ever get there, we'll see how it goes at that point. The closest I can remember being to that weight was when I came back from fat camp when I was 14 and I weighed 160. That didn't last long once I got home, though. My short term goal is 299. I haven't been under 300 in a few years, so I'll be so excited to see that "2" at the beginning of my weight!
 
my goal is 125, it was originally 140, but i remember last time i was 140 i wasn't completely satisfied with my figure, so i changed my goal

my question is, im 24, and my heaviest was 185 a few months ago, if i get down to 125 in a little less than a years time, am i going to have loose skin? or am i still young enough that it'll bounce bacK?
 
I think you'll bounce back---you've got youth on your side and I really think that uber obese people have to worry about loose skin---not you. :)

I would like to be 130 pounds---or whatever size it is where I have a flat tummy.
 
My goal is 130 pounds. That'd be nice and slim for 5ft 8. :)
Although I'd settle for 140. :eek:

Right now I'm about 240lbs. I would like to ultimatedly be about 180lbs, but 200 is my first goal... I'm 6'2'' and I really want to be able to fit into my 34's again comfortably, right now I'm in a tight 36.

Right now, I just want to fit in my US size 8 jeans again... Which I'll probably have to be around 140 to do, so that is my mini goal. :]

I'd love to get down to 112 again.. someday! (soon!..ish!)
 
Short term, I'd like to be back down under 200 again - and I'm getting there :D like 190 by the middle of June would be nice

Long term, I'd like to be 170 - I've got a solid body, I'm never going to be the nice, slim 140. I'm 5'9 but I carry a lot of muscle by nature...
 
Well my goal is 130 but at this point I think if I got to 140 I would be elated. I am at 147 right now
 
I would love to be 140 lbs... i think that would be perfect for me..but to be honest, id be happy to be under 200 lbs and not have to shop in the plus section anymore!!!
 
I started at 250, I'm down to about 230, and I'm trying to get down to 150. Once I get there, then I decide if I would like to loose more or not.
