I know most of us have multiple issues when it comes to overeating, but what one single item is your biggest obstacle?
Some people think it's weird when I tell them that my biggest problem isn't eating enough!
(Not keeping track of how much I eat is my 2nd biggest problem)
If I don't eat about 1/2 days worth of food by around 2 PM, the munchies usually sneak up behind me and club me on the head
(a good excuse to use that smiley!)
When I'm hungry at work or after work, I'll go to the nearest food source, which is almost always terrible, terrible food from the vending machine or a fast food place.
So, I have to make sure I eat enough before I go to work, and bring healthy and FILLING foods with me when I'm at work. Drinking enough water is always a big help too.

I have the same problem!! I eat just because it tastes good!
