Normal weight for my height is 180, but I want to get to around 200 pounds and build muscle from there. I'am now down to 256 so 56 more pounds to go. I think it will take me another 4 or 5 months to get down to 200.
I must add its been real hard. When I'am out with my friends they usually go to fastfood places and eat junk but I am suprised how strict I have been on myself.
