it's incredibly good, grilled, brushed with olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and maybe some shaved paramesan cheese... but it's gotta be fresh asparagus - the canned stuff is just mushy grossness.I've never really 'got' asparagus . It's so expensive fresh and on the rare occasion that I've had it I've not really known what to do with it. Certainly I've never made it taste of anything special .. perhaps I am doing something wrong?!
not even a little bit... moderation - i didnt say put a cup of olive oil or a pound of parmesan cheese...Heh if I put olive oil and parmasen on my asparagus, mightn't I be just as well off calorie wise having a cheeseburger?![]()
