What is wrong.....HELP!

Ok, im clueless right now. I have been losing 1 to 2 pounds per week, but in the past month or 2 the scale has not moved at all(not gaining, not losing). Im still on my 1500 caloire a day diet and everything seems to have stopped. I do about 15-20 minutes of hard cardio or something else everyday. Please tell me whats wrong.
 
what are your current stats?

Height/weight/etc

How did you go about picking 1500 as your base calories?

are you doing any kinds of weight training along with the cardio?
 
Im in between 5'11 and 6'0 and i weigh about 244. I picked 1500 because 1200-1300 seems a tad low. No I dont do any weight training.
 
I'd start by reading the stickied threads around theforum - you'll get a lot of information that you need to start...
 
Ya, read the stickies. Your cals are too low. Do you belong to a gym?

For starters, besides reading the aforementioned stickies, I'd take a week or so break from dieting. Eat close to maintenance.
