Well where to begin? Alright so Im in my late 20's and recently decided that I needed to change my lifestyle. I have some realistic goals in mind and hope to achieve them.
My situation is kind of tough I think as I was involved in a car accident that resulted in me being out of work for almost a year. Coupled with how nice my couch is and not being able to get around easily I put on a some weight.
So anyway I decided to start attacking this weight with changing my diet. I have been at this for a week and I will hand it to people who have been at it for years this is tough. I quit drinking beer, in fact all I drink now is water with the occassional glass of oj. Absolutely no fast food, been eating lbs of veggies and been snacking on celery when I have a snack craving. Trying to lower calorie intake is tough.
So as Im slowly recupirating my back I wanna obviosuly start incorporating cardio but as of right now almost any excersize is out of the question.
Anyway I just read through this and apparently I use the word tough a lot. Hmm. Anyway glad to be here, I don't know if this is a good intro post but it'll have to do.
