I was just wondering what everyone considers healthy weightloss on a weekly basis?
To me, a healthy weight loss is up to 3 lbs a week. I'm not knocking more poundage loss per week, but wonder how much of that would actually be fat and not muscle or water weight. One thing I don't get, though, is how some of those contestants on the Biggest Loser TV show can lose 10+ lbs in a week and still look healthy week after week.
everything depends on different variables... but I'm asking what everyones individual answer is, there is no correct answer to this question

For someone who is not obese - 2lbs.
For someone who is obsese it can be around 5lbs but again, MANY variables come into play here.
