What can and can't I eat or drink?!?!

Ball Park Frans all Beef

Whole Wheat Bread

What kind of juice w/ flavor can u guys recommend

Solid White Tuna in water

Premium unsalted crackers (I eat that w/ my tuna)

Ritz crackers my all time fav

Cheese (I live cheese)

I dont mind salads w/ cucumber and tomatoes only

Fat free salad dressing
 
It seriously just depends on what YOU want to eat. Some people just eat whatever they want and count their calories. Some people don't even count their calories. Some people are on a strictly healthy diet - veggies, fruit, 7 grains, protein, etc. Some people are on a plan like weight watchers or similar.

I eat whatever I want, and just count my calories. Find what works for you. If you wanna eat something just go ahead and eat it. Just do it in moderation.

It depends a lot on your height, weight, activity level, age, health, etc. You should try SparkPeople.com. Sign up, fill out your info, and they will tell you how many calories you should be consuming a day. You can also look up food there, and type in your daily food intake, etc.

For a woman, the minimum calories is 1200.

I agree with what changeforlife said. It means you can eat whatever you want within reason. You end up learning good eating habits because you end up knowing exactly how many calories food will cost you.
