What im eating.. this a good start ??

Morning.. Cerial..
Snack.. nothin, was at H&R block
noon.. grilled chicken sandwich, with cosla<-- not spelled right
snack.. apple
dinner.. bbq ribs, with a tossed salaid w/ fat free dressing
Snack after dinner.. one of those barb fit yogert things..
 
yes, its a start. 6 meals and divided up good

base each meal off a protein source and tell H&R block they could have provided some refreshments. ;)
