Recently I took some time to reflect back on what I accomplished over June!
- I managed to try something different almost every day, most of it was new to me!
- found a new love of yoga!
- battled the evil Jillian
- took up jogging
- Can run for MORE then 5 minutes straight now (was a big goal of mine)
- more flexibility when stretching
- can hold downward dog for lengthy periods of time – being zen – zoning out
- can hold a plank position for 60 seconds without collapsing
- can recover quickly from hill running
- can incline walk for longer then 30 minutes at the highest incline setting on my treadmill
I notice I am overall just stronger! I don't get tired easily...I could walk for miles and have energy left over..my asthma isn't as bad..everything falls into place the stronger I get!
