hey guys, im new at this so i dont know much but i got a few tips and tried to put together foods that i like so here it is, and please tell me if im missing something or over eating

Breakfest, 2 cups of cereal 1 cup of skim milk

Snack: half of a turkey wrap a(the wrap by itself is 100 calories so half is 50) 2 turkey slices and vegtables

Lunch- Salad, vegtables and 2 table spoons of what ever my mom made that day (my mom makes food out vegtables and thats why i always eat fast food from outside)

Snack- the other half of the turkey wrap

Dinner- Salad and vegtables

What do you think im really new at this so i dont know what to eat, i can go on a long walk on the ocean near my house its usually a 2 hour walk because the high way cuts the road and i have to go around

2 days ago i weighted myself when i woke up and i was 137 and im 5'1

Looks a little restrictive to me. How many calories is that total?

You know you can eat whatever you want really as long as your calories in are less than calories out. Yes, you want to balance carbs, fats, and proteins but you CAN eat. It's ok :)

To tell you the truth i dont know what to eat, i either over eat or dont eat at all, i cut off the soda and candy about 2 years ago and i went from 158 to 137 but now i have been stuck on this number for about 8 months its not going up or down, do you suggest anything?

Ok, if I have the info right, your BMR is around 1500 (estimated adding the walking).
So you should aim for about 1250 calories a day. You will lose about half a pound a week. I know, sounds small and slow but you are not exactly blowing up there. Your BMI is .5 into the overweight section. It's not much. Your best bet is slow and steady here. Make the SMALL changes. I'd suggest just writing down what you eat over a week. At the end of the week, let's look at what is there so we can eliminate things. You have to be honest about what you record.

Now, we can't really tell you WHAT to eat but we can help you work on it.
