What do you put on your Tuna?

I use light than light mayo, per 100g its 73 cals / 3g fat of which .5g is saturates / 0.6 protein / 11g carbs of which 4.8g is sugar. It certainly has its own taste, but personally I don't mind it. I only use 50g per 300g of tuna when I mix it up, which suits me fine at the moment as I'm cutting. If I wasn't cutting I'd use the light version. And by using the lighter stuff I have been able to keep flax oil and peanut butter in my diet without going over my daily fat limit.

I also mix it up like others have here, with chopped tomatoes and onion. I also make lettuce leaf wraps, using a whole romaine lettuce leaf filled with tuna and rolled up and eaten, which takes the edge off of plain tuna, and adds a little moisture.

I also eat it with marmite the multi B vitamin savory spread (which people either love OR hate with a passion). I mix 100g of tinned tuna with a few teaspoons of marmite and eat it like that or on wholemeal toast.

LOL... the worst thing I ever did with tuna was mix it with water and oj (which was seriously recommended to me on another body building fourm)... I actually drank it all, but would NEVER recommend it to anyone!
