Hi
I'm currently in the process of putting together a weight loss program and would love to get some feedback on what would appeal to some of the individuals on here who are looking to lose weight.
So for instance if I were to put together a weight loss program that:
A) Explained the simple maths behind weight loss (calories in VS calories out)
B) Focused on short workout periods (progressing from 4-20 minutes per day)
C) Focused only on body weight exercises (no equipment needed)
D) Focuses on quick simple recipes to make at home or work (for the busy individual)
E) Included some sort of support forum where users could keep each other motivated and share ideas
I love to know what some of you think
